In this issue we provide information about preparing for results release for the March 2025 series and the provisional timetable for March 2026.

Contact details

Make sure we have the correct contact details for your centre on Direct. See our website (under Phase 1 – Preparation) for details about how to update your contact details and change of address or name, or to request a change to the syllabuses your centre is eligible to enter. If no one at your centre has access to Direct, please contact us.

Cambridge Handbook 2025 updates

We make regular updates to the Cambridge Handbook and we share  these throughout the year in our ‘updates to the Cambridge Handbook’ page on our website.

Training for exam officers

New online course launched in 2025

 In January 2025, we launched our new 12-week, online modular course for exams officers who have less than one year’s experience in their role (approximately 1–2 hours of study a week.  


This new course replaced the ‘Getting to know the Cambridge Exams Cycle’ course and the ‘Welcome to being a Cambridge exams officer’ webinar. 


We will be opening bookings for new cohorts of exams officers in May 2025. Courses will run from July – October 2025 and you will need to be a new exams officer with less than one year’s experience.

March 2025 series

Phase 3: Coursework and moderation

Submitting requests for the return of coursework

 

You need to tell us if you would like us to return any moderated work. Complete and submit Coursework and moderation – Form 6 by 6 June 2025. Please note, this form is not for examined coursework.
 
If you do not want us to return the work you have submitted to us, you do not need to do anything. 
 
Keep copies of all the audio and/or visual recordings that you send us for moderation as we will not return these to you.

Phase 6: Results and certificates

Results release

 

We will release results on Direct on 20 May 2025.

 

Our Accessing results factsheet provides a step-by-step guidance about how to access your results files via Direct.

 

Contact details

 

From now until the release of results, we may contact you with questions about your scripts or candidate attendance at any of your exams. Make sure you, or another member of staff, are available to answer these urgent queries. If we cannot resolve the problem we may have to issue ‘NO RESULT’ or ‘PENDING’ outcomes. If you need to update your contact details, please email info@cambridgeinternational.org.

 

Receiving results

 

When you receive results information, check candidate details are correct on each document. If there are any errors, complete and return Results and certificates – Form 12 by 16 June 2025  so we can make the amendments before we send the certificates. After this date, we charge a fee for any requests to amend details on certificates. Please see page 3 of the Cambridge Handbook Supplement (March 2025 series) for more information.

 

 Priority results

 

The deadline for applying for a priority statement of results has now passed.

 

If any of your candidates are applying to UK universities through the Universities and College Admissions Service (UCAS), we send all Cambridge International AS & A Level results to UCAS in early June 2025. You do not need to do anything.

 

Candidate results website

 

Candidates can view their results directly on results release day if you give them access to our Candidate Results website.

 

We recommend you set up your candidates with access this month, so you have time to provide candidates with their login details before results release. You can find the link to our guidance document here.

 

Moderation reports

 

Your moderation report for internally assessed components, will be available from Direct within 14 days of results release.

March 2026 series

Phase 1: Preparation

Provisional timetable

The March 2026 provisional timetable is available in the 'Timetables' section of the ‘Support Materials’ area of Direct. Please share the provisional timetable with your Head of Centre. The deadline for providing feedback on the timetables has now passed.

Phase 2: Entries

Guide to making entries

The 'Guide to Making Entries' for the March 2026 series will be available from 10 June 2025 from the 'Support Materials' section of Direct. 

Other news

Be alert for scams

You should always be alert to fraudulent activity; for example, scammers could send you an invoice that appears to come from Cambridge.

 

Our bank details have not changed, and we will never ask you to change our bank details to pay an invoice from us.

 

If you receive any emails or invoices that look suspicious you should telephone us on +44 1223 553554 and our Customer Services Team will transfer you to a colleague who will be able to check that it came from us.

 

It is your responsibility to make sure that you are making any payments to the correct Cambridge bank account. If you have questions about making payments securely, contact your bank or payment provider for support.
