See our website (under Phase 1 – Preparation) for details about how to update your contact details and change of address or name, or to request a change to the syllabuses your centre is eligible to enter. If no one at your centre has access to Direct, please contact us.

Key dates and calendars
We will publish the key dates and monthly calendar for the March 2026 exam series as soon as possible. We will let you know when these are available on our website.
Our new 12-week, online modular course (approximately 1-2 hours of study a week), for exams officers who have less than one year’s experience in their role is now available for bookings. Courses will run from July-October 2025.
This new course replaced the 'Getting to know the Cambridge Exams Cycle' course and the 'Welcome to being a Cambridge exams officer' webinar.
The final timetable for the March 2026 exam series is now available from the ‘Support Materials’ area of Direct and on our website.
The provisional timetable feedback document is also available from the ‘Support Materials’ section of Direct. This shows any significant changes we made to the provisional timetable after receiving your feedback.
Supplement to the Cambridge Handbook
We plan to publish the Cambridge Handbook Supplement (March 2026 exam series) in August 2025.
Phase 2: Entries
Estimated entries
We do not require estimated entries for the March 2026 exam series. All early despatch items will be sent based on final entries.
Cambridge Guide to Making Entries
The 'Cambridge Guide to Making Entries' for the March 2026 exam series is now available to download from the 'Support Materials' section of Direct.
Carry-forward regulations supplement
Make sure you always use the latest version of the carry-forward regulations supplement by downloading it from our website. Delete any previous copies that you have downloaded and saved.

Fees lists
Our fees lists are on Direct. Visit the My Messages’ section of Direct to find exam series specific fees such as entry fees and enquiries about results fees. You will also find a list for annual fees such as annual programme fees.
